furniture sales
+ -1 moreI have dealt many times with Jackie, a sales person who is very talented and able to get you what you need. Dealing with her is a pleasure, and I'd recommend her to anyone. HOWEVER, the delivery service is abysmal. It is in such distinct contrast to what I've experienced on the front end of the experience, that I actually dread getting the furniture the day of delivery. Apparently, it is a "contracted service." They are consistently late, minimally professional, and have little concept of courtesy. After bringing this to the manager's attention, it became obvious where the root of the problem is.
