"Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s roof was installed 07-09-14 in 2016 customer called to report a leak after examination it was determined that a water line was leaking not the roof. I am sorry you had a bad experience and was disappointed with our services. We do stand behind our work and our (5) year workmanship warranty."

Work performed quickly and professionally. Workers cleaned up yard every day and checked for nails in driveway before they left. Only took 2.5 days to complete job. Job foreman very good about answering our questions. Supervisor came out to inspect quality of work after job completed. Warranty issued after inspection.

Gold star came out to repair the roof on an add on room to our house. The stripped the old shingles(two layers), replaced several weak roof deck boards, and reshingled the entire add on. Roof looked perfect afterwards and they cleaned up behind themselves so you would never know they were there. Came in about $1000 cheaper than the next lowest bid. I am very satisfied with their work and will use them again.
