The lock was repaired immediately. New rollers had to be ordered, which necessitated another trip for their installation. It took longer than estimated for the rollers to be shipped from the manufacturer, which was a bit frustrating, but Glass Services came out immediately upon receipt of the new rollers to install them.

They're really good. They were really nice. The price was good and quality was perfect. I've been recommending them to people. I did have some glass work done by another company and it was really bad.

Came out and measured for a new door. when the new door came in it did not fit. Since they did not measure to see it the new door was going to fit they tore the old door down and did not know the new door wasn't going to fit until the tried to put it in. So I called to see if they would put up a curtain or something so I could use the shower ( the old door was destroyed ) while they ordered a new door. However no one called back. After I called a couple more times ( and they would say someone would call) I gave up. They did apologize when they came out to install the new door about 3 weeks later.

lIt went well. They were very nice, polite, professional. They did a great job of removing the framing wood molding in the door--which must have been original : 1914--with out breaking it and used the same nails in the molding when putting it back. The only suggestion which would have made me happy, was if they had done a better job cleaning up after installation.

First they came out to measure and give me an estimate. Called me a couple days later with the estimate. Ordered the doors. Installed 3 weeks later.

Glass Services is awesome. I had an automatic door closer that had been installed on the inside of a door which made it impossible to hang any kind of window treatments. The company who installed it told me it HAD to be that way. Robert from Glass Services took one look and knew how to fix the problem. He ordered the parts, called me when they were in and had technicians here very quickly to install the parts. Both of the technicians who came to my home were knowledgable, professional and courteous. They are my new glass company, as they worked very hard to solve my problem and make me happy. I will always recommend them to others.

I was out of town when they installed it on a Thursday but I had two friends look at the installation after they finished. Separately, they both stated the handle of the door was installed crooked. I called the company to state my displeasure. I wanted them to come out right away and fix the problem. They said they were tied up for that Friday and I would have to wait until Monday. I asked them to come out Saturday and they stated they would not. I was very upset at paying the extremely high price for just a shower door and having them decide that I would either probably not notice the poor workmanship, or not say anything about it and would just deal with it. If someone is paying that ridiculous high price for a glass shower door, then the installers (and their managers) must instill the highest of quality in the workmanship. To think that they would just let that mistake go is unacceptable. I had to wait for a new part and installation until the following Wednesday.

They did offer a discount which I refused (don't know how much it would be)... I just wanted them to fix it ASAP. The rest of the door was installed correctly.
