They were a great service, I actually called them back the second time for another plumbing issue. They're reliable and timely. The first time that I had to call them out, they came out within a day, the second time was not as urgent and they came out almost three days later but I was scheduled and apparently did not put me on the schedule but the person at the desk remembered me, it was just a computer issue, I guess it was the glitch whenever they typed me in to the schedule, the computer didn't save it but I called because they were an hour or so late and she said she will have somebody there immediately, and they were there within an hour. They were good, they hold up to their service. I will use them again. They were very informative, I had a disconnected water heater at the time because of a leak and I had a plumber come out to look at it, so we just turned the water off to that area because it was not used and we were waiting for a better time to change it out. Because it was still disconnected, I had my electricity in that area turned off so we can't use it at night. I asked them about it and he took the time to show me, they didn't charge me anything, they also gave us some advice on ways to flush our drains because we live in a very old neighborhood. They do not just come and do the job and leave, if you ask questions they give you advice. They are reasonably priced.

Overall this company does really good work. They are prompt, reliable and honest and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
