GATEWAY TIRE & SVC

The tires were for my daughter.  I was not there however, the tires were correctly mounted and balanced. I'm very happy with the results.

Mounted tires right at closing for me, very fast

At first it appeared that all was good when I got my car back. I had to go run a few errands and was at the corner of Bert Kouns and Youree Drive when my car started to sputter and die. Thankfully, I was able to pull into a fast food resturant and call my son. He told his boss and my son came to the location I was sitting at. Once he popped the hood, he instantly noticed that the mechanic (Jorge) did not hook the wires back up to the alernator which caused the car to die. He called his boss and told him what the problem was and all he said was, well hook them back up. Once that took place we went back up to Gateway on Bert Kouns and a different mechanic checked it out. I was later told that the mechanic that origianlly worked on my car, JORGE, told several people that he purposely left the wires undone. The boss was told and nothing was done. I then called the District Manager, Roger, and told him the situation and as far as I know he called Henry, (Bert Kouns Manager) and Jorge was told NO, NO we don't do that. I would never let JORGE touch my car if he was the last mechanic on earth. He has been known to mess others cars up and is still there. People, beware....... They do not care.... They got their money.

Brought 4 brake rotors to be turned (resurfaced, trued.) No complaint about workmanship or sales staff. Work was not finished when promised and I had to make return trip and wait about 45 minutes. The coffee was good.
