They are very efficent, they get in and get the job done! The efficency is worth a little extra money in my book. I don't want them hanging around any longer than neccessary. they know what they are doing and never. They have had to fix some bad stuff at my house, (old house) and I have never had a problem with them. Somethings they don't even know what they are getting into until they get here, but they get on the ball and do whatever it take to fix it.

The reservoir bowl had been cracked, the gentleman thought they put it on too tight when the house was built 4 years ago. I've used them before and they are very professional. They are cautious and respectful when the come to your home. They are just overall a good company. Everyone I have worked with from there seems to know what they are doing, which provides really good peace of mind. I would highly recommend them.

The work was more complicated than we first realized, but not only did Fitzgerald stand by their original quote, they had the work crew stay very late to finish the job, at their own expense. The supervisor even made an extra trip out to our house to bring and install a part that was missing. We would definitely use them again! Their price was very fair...not the highest, and not the lowest, but a very honest company. The workers were clean-cut, courteous and protected my new floors from damage, cleaned up after themselves, and were generally a pleasure to have around. We LOVE our new shower!!

I'd rate them very well across the board. They are fine young gentleman, and I would use them again, without a doubt.

I've used them for the last couple of years. I think they do plumbing, heating and air conditioning but I've just used the plumbing and air conditioning part.

They do a great job. The office staff is helpful and friendly. The plumbers are nice, professional and efficient.

Fitzgerald's was very easy to work with. They did everything they said they would do. Every thing went smoothly and was well planned.

They were in and out the same day. Overall, it was wonderful. They are really fast and they were nice people.

I had a sink that would not run water. Of course we turned the water on at the source but it still did not work. It turned out to be the aerator. They replaced the aerator and left.

They were very, very good. They came in under the estimate. It was a labor-intensive job, and they had the job done in a day. It took them about eight hours in all. I was impressed with them. I was surprised at the price. I really thought it was going to cost more.
