+ -1 moreIt did not come in time. They promised that it would be here in the end of February. Then it didn't come until the 2nd week of March. In addition, when we paid for the bookcase, they did not allow us to look at it. Unknowing to us, they loaded the bookcase into my mothers 2013 F150 Super cab. The staples in the cardboard scratched all along the the tailgate. There is over $670 in damage due to improper loading of the bookcase. The guys they had loading the bookcase were young and unqualified. They denied any damage. We have now filed an insurance claim. Come to find out, they have a camera on their loading dock which they refuse to share which would have shown them scraping the tailgate. I would not recommend anybody to use them in the future if they would like any quality furniture.
Description of Work: I ordered an oak book case with a factory finish in January.
