Fantasic Floors & More

Originally set the appointment for a Wednesday afternoon but was called back and asked if they could come out Tuesday evening. I informed them that I worked until 6 and would be home at 6:30pm so the appoint was changed for their convenience . I was called at 6:28pm and they said they were on their way, by 7:00pm they had not arrived and we called and cancelled the appointment - requested that they just keep the Wednesday afternoon appointment time. When I called on Wednesday afternoon to see where they were I was informed that they were just minutes away last night. The representative from Fantastic Floors was argumentative with me saying that I was supposed to call them when I arrived at home. She was extremely rude and defensive and offered no solution. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Horrible Customer Service.
