We have too many trees in our yard and in the neighbors' yards so service was not an option.

What happened was that they switched out my old system to this new program. The girl that set it up, didn't do a good job. The guy that came out in May to fix it, Jonathan, was very concerned about getting it fixed for me. He gave me his personal cell phone number to call if I needed anything. Jonathan went the extra mile to please me as a customer and a loyal user (I have been using Direct TV since 1992).
