Apparently they do not supply laminated plate glass (not etched such as was old glass) as called for and promised proof of this, but never did. Itemized statement first presented at time of payment was demanded. On phase 2 itemized statement was first presented at time payment was demanded. No itemized statement presented or signed prior to work done, as with phase 1.
