I knew I had a virus. Some "you tube" films would run on the computer when the screen was idle. I was unaware that the computer had several virus'. They cleaned up my computer; downloaded software; answered all of my questions and gave me instructions on computer use that I needed. Friendly! Efficient!! In and out in a day.
