Description of Work: After countless problems including poor service, overcharging, and numerous disruptions to the signal, I made my first of many phone calls to several different customer service reps. I got a different and incorrect answer from every one of them, and my problem was never solved. I am still being overcharged, and I'm stuck with it. They know that. They are charging me for a cable box that I do not have. When I told them that, they mailed one to me. I no longer receive cable from them. I only have internet. If thatblast internet was not so fast, I would drop them in a heartbeat. But I need that internet for work and Netflix. They have me stuck, and I know it. They take full advantage of that.I have tried other internet services, but nothing compares to the speed of the blast. Still I wonder if it is worth it.I'm thinking not.
