Although the technicians were prompt and efficient, I could get no documentation from them. They said that would come from the office at the company. After three requests, I never received it. Although the insurance company paid the claim eventually, I wasted my money (which I have yet to pay because they've yet to do as promised) on something that did me absolutely no good. They knew this was why I wanted the inspection, and even after three requests they ignored it. Shame on them for misrepresenting themselves.
