Couldn't have been more professionally done! When they were done, they reconnected all A/V cables. They even hauled away another set I was going to get rid of. After almost 90 years in business, they're still going strong! First class!

They are the oldest service provider on this metropolitan area, they started with radios. They are honest, work straight to the problem, cost me with basic charges, they are prompt, straight forward, and if I have another problem, I will absolutely refer to them. I will give them A's for everything.

We took the tv to their shop. They have assistance on standby to bring it in. You do not have to leave the cord or the remote as they are equipped with both. They called us within 2 days with an estimate (for a charge of $45 to be applied to the bill if the estimate is accepted) and repaired it promptly.

I have extended warranty for my TV so they didn't charge me. They came and pick it when they said they would. Everything was good. They were responsive and punctual.

I took my set in and paid a $38.01 check out service, which was fine. That amount would be taken off the price of repair service. I was told it would take 10-14 days for check out and repair. However, I was called the next day and told my set was ready. It was an unexpected surprise. I picked up my set and it has been working fine. They repaired a DM Module.
