Manicures/Nails
I explained to the "technician" that I was not satisfied with the work. She then asked for another "technician's" assistance ( I am uncertain of what the actual conversation was because it was not in english.) The second "technician" attempted to correct the mistake. After the process I told her I was not satisfied. She told me, "that is it; it will have to grow back. I cant fix." I communicated to her that I was not going to pay full price for services that I was not satisfied with. She then told me she would call the police. She also told me , "we have camera." She then told me my brows turned out that way because one is higher than the other. I questioned what did that have to do with one brow being jagged and one being smooth. She then told me that the " technician" told me that I was told that before she started. She also stated that she tells all of her customers that before she starts. I then stated that she has been doing my brows for the last three years and she has never told me this. I stated today was the first time I have heard such and I was told this after the service was provided. I asked to speak with her manager. She stated her manager was not there. I told her I would wait but I was not leaving until I spoke with a manager. A male came to the front of the store ( this male was there the entire time.) I explained to him that I was not satisfied and I was not willing to pay full price for a service that I was not satisfied with. I communicated with him that was unacceptable and he then phoned the police. I paid in full they did not provide a receipt and I left the facility.
