I was looking everywhere for a set of concrete steps and you would not believe how hard they are to find. Not only did he find some in stock but it weighs 215 pounds and it caused me inconvenience about delivery. Builders Supply agreed to bring the steps down and put them in place for me which was a big thing. He had promised me a set and brought it out as soon as a shipment arrived. A set he was holding for me ended up being cracked so he would not sell it to me and instead ordered the new set.
