They are honest with me and very capable of doing a lot of things. They did work very quickly. They are more expensive than other companies but they provided a higher quality of work.

The office staff at Broadmoor Garage were professional and polite. The mechanic called me and said that he had checked the brakes and the tires and everything seemed fine. He said the serpentine belt was cracked and should be replaced. He said the lights were not on when he checked. I told him all that I had seen and he said it could be the alternator and he would run a diagostic. He also said the tires were from 2009, but if the van was just being driven around town, he would run on them. I was shocked at the date on the tires since I had them put on 'new' in 2011 by Firestone.
He had every opportunity to replace the brakes, tires and alternator and he told me none of that was necessary and only did the belt, oil change, maintenance check and inspection sticker. The office staff kept in touch and the van was ready when promised and the price was a few dollars less than the estimate.

Truck was brought in Friday a.m., received a call that afternoon that radiator would not be available till Monday. Monday at 3:00 the job was finished.

I usually do my own auto repair, but when I get to a really big job that I can't handle, these are the people that I trust. The Osborne family has been taking care of my parents vehicles for many many years and have always stood behind their work and given great customer service. Broadmoor Garage is a locally owned garage with a long history - two thing that are hard to find anymore.

Service performed promptly and professionally on schedule, for a fair price.

They were prompt and honest. I will use them again in the future.

This place had been recommended to us as a good place for car repairs and maintenance. We needed to get a car inspection performed so we decided to try them out. We arrived a little after 9:00 a.m. The guy at the desk told us that they would not have time to perform the inspection today, that they had already completed about about 10 inspections before we arrived, and that they wanted to get off early today. He said he could do the inspection tomorrow. Then he turned around and left us standing in the waiting room. No goodbye, hope to see you tomorrow, just walked off. He probably had no idea that this was our first time in his station and how put off we were by his abrupt departure. We need to have somewhere to take our cars for repairs so we will probably give them another try but this was certainly not the "Welcome to Shreveport" that we were expecting. I certainly understand it was a holiday today but they were open for business and so we hoped that they would welcome our business.

Scotty was great, very personal service. Because they are so good, they are very busy. They are a little higher than other places, but you get what you pay for. Always qualiaty work. I have never heard of any complaints and I have been in the Shreveport area since the 70s.

It is not very often that you find an auto repair shop that has the integrity of Broadmoor Garage. With years and years of experience, I know that the can handle any issue I have with any car I own. When I dropped my car off, the friendly office staff arranged for me to get a ride to work so I would not be late. Scotty was so helpful in diagnosing my cars problem and quickly gave me a quote which was the exact amount I paid when my car was fixed. There were no hidden charges or surprises. I wish my doctor was as good at fixing things as Broadmoor Garage is. Honesty, Integrity, and Reliabilty.....that's Broadmoor Garage.

We're new to the area, and this was the first time we've use this shop. Overall they were very friendly and courteous. I arrived an hour before my appointment time hoping they could squeeze me in earlier, and they were able to. They have a nice waiting area, that was comfortable enough for myself and my three small children. Their service was quick, and they were tolerant of my questioning them about which type of oil they used in my car. And they were patient with me and explaining the difference between synthetic and regular oil.
