This was through an AHS Referral. Initial job wasn't too bad. However, after the hard work was done, the technician neglected to turn the circuit back on by a simple flip of the circuit breaker, even though he was right next to it. Also, during that job we mentioned problems with some electrical outlets. He looked and found out we had a faulty GFI circuit breaker on our panel, which should be a quick and easy fix. He said he would have to find a replacement breaker and that he would be back to replace it, but he never came back and ended up closing our ticket with AHS a few days later. When I called him about it he said AHS has a policy they have started to enforce that they are only allowed to work on one issue per ticket. This might be true, but it would have been nice if he would have been open and honest from the beginning and told us, instead of making us wait.
