They did a great job.

They're trustworthy and prompt. Their prices are fair but higher then some other people. Sometimes it may take an extra day to get on the list because they have such a following. They don't delay you on purpose.

When I called they were able to send someone within an hour. Very courteous.

When I called to schedule the service they were able to get me an appointment within a day or two. I was very impressed with their promptness. They diagnosed the problem the day of the appointment and came back to fix it about 5 days later.

They actually keep these plates in stock strictly for the customers that have this need. I have them out here on a regular basis because my house is very unusual. They are probably the only ones who understand the wiring at my home. They can solve problems other companies cannot. If they ever close, I would be in big trouble. They can do major construction jobs and they are reasonably priced.

Upon receipt of the invoice I noticed a discount for which I have no knowledge. However, I am a retired serviceman and a senior either of which may apply. This is worth mentioning because the discount was applied without my requesting it and based solely upon the representative making an onsite decision. I applaud such recognition. Finally, the rating I give is not inflated. I truly found this service experience outstanding in all catagories. And I highly recommend this organization.

The thermostat for my AC/furnace was completely blank and not working anymore. I had to take a vacation day to get a service technician to check my unit for problems. After the HVAC person said that I had an electrical problem causing the issue, I
was desperate to get some assistance that same day or be without heat again. Bob Davis Electric answered my call courteously, understood my dilemma, and dispatched a quality service person to my home within 75 minutes of my call. The service rep (Brandon) thoroughly inspected my unit and the wiring associated with it. He was able to trace the wiring and determined
that there was a switch located in a seldom used hall closet which had been inadvertently turned off. That switch (not marked by the prior owner) actually controlled my furnace! While reviewing the initial problem, Brandon then helped determine that my
attic fan (which I had never used) had a burned-out motor and was generating a lot of sparks which was a definite fire hazard. He disabled the switch downstairs and placed a blank switch plate over the outlet to prevent future use until the attic fan could be serviced or replaced. He was courteous, displayed good analytical skills and concern for the customer. GREAT JOB! I highly recommend this company based on my experience. They really came through for me!
