His bid was several $100 less than the competitors we called. He was prompt, professional, stuck to his original bid and we have had no issues or complaints. He was courteous and efficient when the installation ocurred. They were in and out in less than 2 hours. We will definately call Billy with any heating and air-conditioning needs.
