on Raymond Street
Had a tech come out and give me estimate on my
a/c. He chatted on his cell phone most of his time
there. He said I needed a new coil and was out of freon.
This company has been out for the last 2 years and "fixed"
a leak. Third year I have needed to "fix" a leak.
The tech wanted to add freon, but I declined due to the
fact it was leaking.
He asked several times but I continued to decline.
I had scheduled him to be back the next
morning at 8. He did not show up and called the
office at 8;45. I was told he had gone to get coil
It was obvious that he felt his time was more valuable
than mine so I cancelled the appointment.
Then got a $450 bill for freon ~ that I didn't get.
Called owner and he pretty much called me a liar
and said that his tech just told him how I had said it
was hot and I wanted to be comfortable and had asked
for freon.
He was very unprofessional person.
But he said he would waive the fee if I had the service done.
This sounded very suspicious.
He asked me if I was going to pay the bill. I told him "no",
I would not pay for services I did not get.
He told me that he would sue me. I told him to go
ahead, and I would take him to court, contact better business
bureau and maybe march around on his sidewalk and hung
up.
Then a few minutes later he called back with a
"oh yeah, I was talking to the wrong tech. He said he
found the tech that had actually came out and that
he said he didn't add any freon ".
What???? Didn't he just tell me about how the tech
had told him I was so hot and needed freon ??????????
No apology.
I told him that he should be ashamed of himself.
I am a woman, but not a "dumb" woman.
Pass this on so other woman know they don't have
on Raymond Street

One winter, we were having some kind of problem with the heater, something with the switch. (Maybe we couldn't get the heater to turn off or to turn on; can't remember). Anyway, Willie came out and worked on it, but we still had problems. So, late in the evening, we called Willie, who proceeded to coach my husband over the phone, one step at a time, on what he needed to do. It worked, and he didn't charge us. We were so thrilled, we sent him a gift card!
I would highly recommend this company and keep his number in my cell phone, just in case. Thanks, Willie!
