I called them to replace our garage door. They came out but installed in correctly which I didn't know until I have to call another company to fix it since Avalonne would not come out and fix it. They came out and said that the damage to the brand new door they installed was because someone much had tried to break in the house and was trying to pry into the middle of the door which was absolutely ridiculous!! They refuse to honor the warranty that we had for the door and I was even hung up on when I asked to speak to a supervisor. Don't use Avalonne at all for your garage door. They are extremely unprofessional and in my opinion a bunch of crooks!!!
