After using another service this Summer, I just was not happy. John came to hear what my concerns were and by that afternoon, my pool looked almost new again. I found the GM to be extremely rude and unprofessional, refusing to accept responsibility for her own actions and those of her staff. Inconsiderate of my time and unable to communicate even basic information. Some examples: 1. Left my pool area full of trash, debris and open containers of toxic chemicals on a Friday afternoon. When challenged, she responded that her team would be there Monday to clean it up. As I wasn't willing to risk my children or dog dying, I performed the cleanup. 2. Refused to communicate construction plan, leading to multiple instances of staff showing up at my door at inconvenient hours demanding that I move cars from my driveway, coming into my yard unannounced, etc. 3. Parked a trailer in my driveway over the weekend, completely unused, blocking both my garage and the entrance to my porch. Trailer was locked and not used until the following Tuesday. 4. Did not fulfill promise to open the pool with salt, merely sending instructions. Salt meter they installed does not appear to be working. I will find another company to investigate. 5. Skimmers do not appear to be working properly after resurfacing. Originally, ASP told me the skimmers needed to be replaced. Now they say that the skimmers are fine, although I am seeing issues. Will find another company to investigate. 7. Killed a large patch of grass on my lawn, presumably with a chemical spill. Did not notify me, and I cannot get grass to grow in that spot (in my front yard).

Not good. Initially the tile install looked good. When they acid washed the pool they pumped the acidic water onto lawn. I pointed out I had a drain clean out they could use and they continued to pump in onto my yard. It ended up killing approximately 500 square feet. I also saw an area in the pool that appeared to have been missed during the acid wash. The guy that did the wash even apologized for missing it. When I pointed it out to the owner he started that is where they had to use a lot of acid to remove the stains. He refused to say they missed the area. The color of the area is the same color as the spots they missed around the water line of the pool. It is quite evident they just missed it. Owner failed to take care of that problem. owner told me the grass would probably grow back. He did this without coming out to the house to look at the damage. He offered to either wait for it to grow back, replace the grass, or take an unspecified amount off the bill. I opted for grass replacement. That actually turned out pretty good. The. I looked in the bottom of my pool and the grout they had just put in was falling out. Owner looked at it and said there was a problem. He sent the installer back to repair. It appeared the installer put more grout over the areas where the other had fallen out. It looked good for about a week and then the grout started falling out again. I contacted the owner and stated my pad was shifting and that was causing the grout to fall out. He stated it was a problem with that sort of pad. I pointed out that I had never had that problem in the 12 years that I been at the house. I didn’t see how the pad could shift that much in a matter of weeks. I checked the pieces of grout that had fallen out and they were brittle. They crumbled when I put a little pressure on them. The owner stated there was a type of grout that would flex and he would be willing to use that. He said he wouldn’t charge me to have the grout removed but it would cost me $300 for the material. So I have to pay them $300 extra dollars to fix the grout they just installed because they say my pad is moving. When the owner stated that was a problem with that sort of pad, it seems like if that was really a problem, they would have installed a flexible grout to start with. Will not hire again nor do I recommend

I am very disappointed with their service.  I depend on them to keep my pool clean and ready to use.  Yet my pool is so green and yucky that literally cannot see the bottom, even in the very shallow water.

The pool has been this way for several days.   I suspect that they have not been out the last two (or more) scheduled (and paid) visits because if they had been here at all, they would have seen this and presumably done something about it.  I assumed (hoped?) that they would actually show up and resolve the problem.  

I was supposed to have a swim party today, which I now have to cancel because of their poor service.  

He was nice enough when I called, but so far absolutely no action has been taken.  
Talk is cheap.  
Action is needed.
Service is expensive.

They showed up when they said they would. Very up front about cost. Quickly diagnosed problem, ordered part and had it fixed in days. A previous company had been toying with the situation for months! ASP IS EFFICIENT AND COURTEOUS!

John was very efficient & thorough. He was easy & pleasant to work with as well as offering helpful advice. We will definitely use him again if the need arises.

They did a great job and I was very pleased with them.  I would recommend them and will use them again.

John is very professional and knowledgable. He showed up on time and accomplished the job quickly. I'm very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend his company and I would not hesitate to call him again to work on my pool.

Mr. Bodden himself squeezed me in between other jobs on a Saturday during a pool company's busiest time of the year. He was very professional and personable. His charge for my service was a little more than he would normally charge as I live outside of the Shreveport city limits but for the service he provided I felt it was reasonable, especially since he was working on a Saturday. He completed my analysis and had the results sent to me before the end of the evening on that same Saturday, including his recommendations for me on what chemicals to add to my pool. I would/will most definitely use this company again and will be recommending them as often as possible.

We have been with John and his company ever since he first started the business.  He's very professional and friendly and so is his staff.  If you ever need anything special or different he does his best to do that for you. I have had other companies before that serviced our pool but we were never satisfied totally with them.  When we found John and his company we have never looked back.

Everything went great.  From estimate to completion.  Work was done in a timely manner and John was very professional.
