The service was outstanding. They were polite and professional and made sure we were satisfied before they left. They cleaned up my yard better than it was before they started. Great price with amazing results.

By the time they got here to check on a final date to cut the tree down, I noticed what looked like new growth on the tree. I requested that he come to take a look at it before we cut it down and we agreeded to wait until the spring to see if the tree is really dieing. He doesnt want to cut down a good tree. My husband and I are very Pleased with them.  We will wait and see what happens in the spring and they were Not upset at all with our decision.  He also suggested some things for us to do to help the tree survive.
I would call them again if we need any tree service done. Of course all our neighbors were watching and noticing the tree as it started looking better and were relieved that All Pro didn't rush in and cut the tree down. They were very impressed with how they advised us to wait until the spring to see if the tree will make it.

I love those guys. I wasn't there when they performed the job. I know what it looks like before and I know what it looks like after. My trees look wonderful after. I was absolutely pleased. I've used them for several years. I like the quality of their work. They know what they're doing. They are my only tree trimmers. I won't go to anybody else.

Gary came over and was very good. He explained the process to me. He was very nice and professional.

We had a tree split in half after a brief wind storm on Wednesday, July 23rd. The breakaway piece landed on the roof of our 2 storey house. I called All Pro and they had a gentleman to our house that day. We negotiated our deal, and they showed up on Saturday morning to get started. It took quite a while, but they were very thorough and cautious. They did a great job and really busted their tails to get it done. They tarped the roof, and did a great job of cleaning up everything from the roof down to the ground. Stump grinding went well and they spread the wood chips in one of the gardens to use as mulch (my idea- didn't want to waste them.) Very pleased with their work ethic and professionalism.

Overall it was nice clean and thorough.  They sawed off the  higher branches by climbing near them.  hey sawed off the tree itself from below.(using a power saw at ground level.  They cleaned up the excess and removed it.   The supervisor called to let me know why it was not finished in one day as they needed a larger saw.  The next day with the  larger saw, they cut through the  trunk and carted away the remains.   The foreman was very  polite and communicative.

I received a quote of $250.00 to trim two trees in the backyard, which seemed like a very steep price. We decided to go ahead though, because we just wanted to get the work completed and be finished with it.
The day of the service, the company sent out a work crew. My husband was home the entire time they were performing the work. When the crew arrived, they didn't seem to know what work they were to perform that day. My husband had to direct them and let them know what was quoted. (They also did not know the price we had been quoted.)
They proceeded to trim the trees in the backyard, though they wanted to argue with my husband regarding what he wanted trimmed. They didn't want to trim much off of the tree that was growing over our back fence. At that point, my husband told them he wasn't going to pay them $250.00 to trim one tree and barely trim another.
After they finished trimming the trees in the backyard, my husband got them to go ahead and clear out the brush under two cedar trees in our front yard. He also had them cut the vines that were growing around the trunks and up the lengths of both trees and onto our Magnolia tree. They seem to have cut the majority of the vines, though upon inspection there are still living vines growing visible on the branches of both trees.
Overall we are satisfied with the work and the price, though the chaos at the start of the job was unfortunate. I am happy my husband was home to deal with it instead of me.

Hired this company to move a large tree in our back yard that had died and was hollow on the inside.  One of their guys came and gave us an estimate, he was the most reasonable out of 4 different companies and he had good reviews on Angie's list so I went with all pro.  Their guys came the week after and moved the tree as agreed.  Overall it was a great experience as they did what they said they were going to do and did a great job communicating with me through the process.

Overall, very good company.  I reached a voice mail service a few times but then lady called me back and promptly set up an appointment.  Sales guy came to assess the situation and quoted me $1000 to cut down, remove and grind up the stump on an old Elm tree in our backyard which had seen it's better days and kept losing more and more limbs with recent storms.  He came down to $900 and we settled on that price.  He told me he would get me scheduled in the next few weeks.  About 10 days went by with no contact, so I called the company and they told me "you are scheduled for tomorrow".. I said this is the first I'm hearing about that, told them that was too soon, so we re-scheduled for the next day.  Two guys came out to do the work.  I came home for lunch, the tree was down and they were on break.  They did an overall good job of cleaning up, although one of my patio pavers was broken from one of the limbs falling and the crew left about 5 cigarette butts in the yard.  They contract out the stump grinding, that guy came out on the following Monday and had it done in about 1 hour.  Like I said, overall, very good company, good price for what I had done.

I had All Pro Tree Service LLC come out to give me a bid on the job described and their bid was $2,200.00  This was $400 better than the highest bid but was $1,350 higher than the lowest bid.  Next time I will not waste their time or my time.

After waiting about 1 1/2 weeks and not hearing from them, I called again.  The gentleman I spoke to said that he would try to make it out by the end of the week.  That was the last contact that I had with All Pro.  No one ever came or contacted me.  I went with another company and will not try All Pro again.

These guys are great!  The were prompt, quick, efficient, cleaned up after themselves and basically went above and well beyond my expectations.  A++  I would definitely hire them again and give them my highest recommendation!Cut
