AIR SYSTEMS LLC

I had installed a new unit in my rent property that I purchased from Bamburg Heating and Air with a 10 year warranty.  I received a letter in the mail that Air Systems had purchased Bamburg and they would take care of all my heating and air needs.  When my unit had a problem, I called them and they told me they were not standing behind any of the service agreements of the company they purchased.    I discussed the problem with them and they told me that the parts were under warranty by the manufacturer and yes, they would fix the unit at no charge.  I told my other heating and air service company to not fix the unit that Air Systems had stated they WOULD fix it under warranty at no charge.  Shortly after that I received a bill for $500.  I called up and spoke to the receptionist and told her she had stated this was a no charge repair.  She told me she would take care of it.  Then a few months later I received the same bill for $500 and was told it was overdue.    They have stood behind nothing of the company they took over, and have obviously stood behind nothing they themselves told me on the phone.  I would not recommend using a company that cannot consistently stand by what they state.
