Response to A.L. online quote request was almost immediate. Same day appointment. Representative showed up on time and was very courteous. He verified the condition of my system quickly. He significantly beat competitors price with a better, more efficient system. Installation crew showed up on time and were extremely professional and courteous as well. They cleaned up when finished and took time to show me the new features and operations. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. AIR-REF will definitely be my "Go-To" guys for similar needs in the future.

The service tech came out to my house and found the problem. He was very professional and friendly. He fixed the problem in a timely manner. Not only was he very friendly, but the lady answering the phones when I called to make my appointment was very friendly also.
