A/C Duct Cleaners

This is our second time to use this company.  They cleaned our air ducts when we first moved to our home over 19 years ago.  Money was tight, so we put off  this expense for the last 10 yrs.  They were very thorough, punctual and professional.  I thought this would help reduce the dust in my house, but I think it made it worse now that the ducts are clean.  Our next move will be to get our attic insulated with spray foam.  These folks are good - and their prices are pretty much as low as you'll find in the area.

The actual air duct cleaning went well, however they used plastic sheets to cover furniture that were too small for the area where dust was blown.  They did not even close closet doors right below the air duct, causing everything in the closet to get covered in dust.  I had to go into the hospital right after the cleaning, and did not contact him until later.  He used this excuse to avoid the cleanup that still needed to be done in one of my closed off rooms.  He did offer a small discount that did not begin to cover the clean up fee ane clothes cleaning.   Even my bed was not covered completely.  I am on oxygen and told him to be especially careful around my bed...he ignored me.  There was dust all over my computer, and you know what a problem that causes.  Nothing in the kitchen was covered.  Dust everywhere.

Job took about four hours for two floors.  I was very please with results and with professionalism of cleaning crew.  There were no problems.

The owner and his assistant were prompt, friendly and courteous. The work took about 4 hours, an hour more than was estimated, because one of his tools broke and he had to put in a replacement part. Our vents hadn't been cleaned since we had owned the house. The improvement in air quality and flow is noticeable. Other estimates I had received from other companies for the same work were $900-$1900, so I was pleased with the cost, and feel the work done was well worth the price.

We had just purchased our home. The previous owner was a smoker and had pets. We needed to have the air ducts cleaned in our home for allergy purposes. This company was very professional, very timely. They were the only Air Duct cleaning company I called who would quote me over the phone and give me a free estimate. They were very clean for such a messy job. We were about to replace the carpeting in the house, but they insisted on putting drapes down, just in case. Very friendly and helpful, and very good at what they do. They explained everything that they were doing, they explained what was in the cleaners they used, and he was able to show me pictures of what he finds in the duct system.
