Our service call from Daniel and Braden was great. They were very professional and were able to fix our problem the same day we called.

Wonderful Service!!! I am disabled and Shane came out to Service and Repair my A/ C Unit. Shane was Patient, Kind, and Professional!!! They even took payment over the phone and I did not have to find a check or mail in payment!!!

Mr Daniel and Jeremiah came out to fix the heater and they was very polite and prompt to our needs. They left to go get the part and came right on back, put the part in swiftly and got it back to working, we will definitely be using them again and referring others to the Company, thank you for taking care of our needs, you are greatly appreciated.

They were great. They came in, I mean, it was hot and I had a lot of work going on. They came in and did it quickly and helped me out before it got real hot. It really helped me a lot. It looks good so I am pleased with it. They were real clean; they didn't leave anything at all.

From the first phone call to the professional ladies who handled all our phone calls, to the cordial, friendly manner in which Brandon handled all our recent a/c needs, this company is the best.
We were actually given the name of this company by a relative who works for another ac/heating company who told us his own employer changed too much. He said Ability Air could do the job much cheaper and would do us right. We have no complaints regarding the top-class performance we received from Ability.
We needed a new condenser and it was late in the afternoon, so Brandon got on the phone and told us he would get back with us when he found what we needed. We had to spend the night elsewhere since we had no a/c. The next morning I contacted the Ability office by phone and was greeted by a very knowledgeable woman who was aware of our situation and told us they were looking everywhere for the exact condenser we needed. 
Shortly afterward, we got a call from Brandon who told us he located what we needed locally, but admitted to us it would be a miracle if he could get to us that same day. We explained that we spent the night away from home the previous night due to not having air and had to put our pets in a kennel somewhere else so they could be comfortable. I just told him to do his best, and less than an hour later, another nice lady called from Ability and told me the equipment and Brandon were on the way.
We had our new equipment installed and the house began to cool within a couple of hours. Ability had replaced our fan motor in the a/c unit a couple of days before and gave us $606 credit for not having to use it since the whole unit had to be replaced outside. Brandon said the motor was perfectly good and could be used somewhere else.
The payment by credit card was easy both times Brandon came out and the ladies on the phone from Ability thanked us repeatedly for choosing them for our a/c needs.
It is very odd to get such top-notch service from every individual at a company nowadays, but Ability could school the rest on how to be professional and economical.
I hope it is a long time before we have to have a/c service again, but hopefully others will chose Ability for their needs when necessary.

When we first encountered Ability Air, we had problems with our A/C, and asked them for a bid. They were prompt and courteous. Mr. Cummings also brought his notebook showing the qualifications of each person who would be working in our home. As the work progressed, they were all that we could hope for. We have used them exclusively ever since for all our A/C and Heating needs or problems, and have found their work and advice to be completely reliable.

Ability A/C went the extra mile to work with Lennox to replace the entire furnace when the damaged electronic control panel was found to be on backorder and unavailable for months. They were punctual every time. We got to know them when they did the HVAC work on a remodel job three years ago and have used them ever since. Very satisfied with their work/

They do what they say when they do it and they make things right when something goes wrong. They are real good people and I highly recommend them. I will use them again in the future.

We were looking for a new HVAC company and called Ability Air based on a friend's recommendation. We had an appointment two days later and they were right on time. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and Daniel who serviced our furnace was honest, friendly, and professional. So far, we are very satisfied and expect to do business with them in the future.

Have used them for over 5 years for various issues, from entire AC/heating unit replacements to seasonal getting ready for heat/cooling times. We have three split systems in the house and they have been prompt, come in on emergency basis for coolling as husband has asthma and can't deal with the heat. If there were issues, they came and fixed the problems with no extra charge.
