A-Class Movers‎

I contacted this company over a month in advance, and scheduled my move. I was quoted that it would require two movers, and the price structure for the move. The week prior to the move, I called back to confirm my reservation, and was told that the movers would arrive between 9:00 am and 10:00 am on my moving day. On the day of my move, 9:00, 10:00 and 11:00 came with no sign of movers,. After contacting the company, I recieved a phone call from one of the specific movers stating that he had just woken up, and could not find anyone to come help him, and a "sorry, don't know what to tell ya." I contacted the company repeatedly, and they echoed this statement. Finally, after repeated phone calls, the movers finally arrived at my home at 1:00 pm, and they brought an additional mover, and informed me that it would be an additional $40 an hour from the quoted price. After packing my house, they demanded a lunch break (on the clock), though it was already nearly 5:00 pm and we were only half done. After all of this ordeal, they charged me not only full price but also the extra cost of an additional, unplanned mover I had not agreed to, and I got neither a discount or apology for their unprofessional behavior. I will NEVER use this company again, and I encourage everyone else to avoid them at all costs.
