Good experience, little waiting. Only reason did not give an "A" is the transmission fluid exhange system is a pressure pump type and does not drop the pan to clean it, etc. and does not get all dirty fluid out, and wastes a lot of clean fluid to force old fluid out. However, in fairness, most of the quick lube shops use this system these days, but the best transmission shops will not own one.
