We got home from a weekend away to a stifling hot house on a Sunday evening in the middle of summer. I called Reed's A/C first thing Monday morning and they were here by 10am to repair our air conditioner. It took them only about an hour to complete the repair. The service guys were extremely friendly and knowledgeable! By 3 o'clock that afternoon our house was still a little warm so I called Reed's again. The guys were back here by 4 o'clock and double checked everything to make sure our air conditioner was working properly. Everything was fine, it was just so hot that it took a while to cool off completely. I decided to purchase a maintenance agreement with Reed's, they come out monthly to make sure everything is working properly. I feel much better knowing that we're in great hands with such a friendly staff!
