Leona Sue's was very prompt with communication in regards to my order, and the prices were reasonable. I was not happy with the majority of the end product as I requested purple flowers, and the flowers in my bouquet/boutineers were more pink than purple. I also wanted dark purple (eggplant) calla lillies, and I received white/lavender lillies. The white roses that were used for the mothers in the wedding party were beautiful. I had exact pictures of what I wanted for my flowers, which I sent to the vendor beforehand. In addition to being in the bridesmaids bouquet, the calla lillies were also used to decorate the cake. The cake was very simple to begin with, basic white with a lavender border, and I was hoping to have the dark purple lillies provide a pop of color. Since the lillies were white/lavender, the overall result was pretty bland. Leona Sue's DID tell me at the time of ordering that they can request purple, but it may not be as purple as I would like. I feel the roses were not purple at all - a dull pink. I wish they had called me beforehand, and discussed possibly changing my order to anything purple we could get our hands on. I wish I had been more proactive with this vendor, and been more expressive as to how important the color of the flowers was to me. I also should have called the vendor before the wedding to ensure the flowers were to my liking, but I did not.
