About us

We are a family based business since 1986. Our services include Siding, Roofing, Windows, Patios & Hurricane shutters in South Louisiana. We are the exclusive Classic products dealer for the State of Louisiana. We offer many types of metal roofing all over the state. We have aprox 25 employees. At times we use subcontractors. But only subs who have worked for us many times performing the quality of work we expect. All workmanship is warantied by Cajun Home Improvements. We are a State Liscened Contractor. Our Energy star rated roofing qualifies the customer for Tax Credit up to $1500 on any energy star roof installed by 12/31/10. We will match this tax credit.

Home was built 1952, aluminum frame single pane windows originally install, Cajun installer replaced 14 original windows with heavy duty PVC frame, double glass pane, high quality, energy efficient, Alliance Window System windows. The job was done very professionally and quickly, arrived on time and left with everything done properly with no mess left behind. I am very happy with the job. Love the windows. I had used their services twice before. Mid 1980's Cajun installed an aluminum carport cover 13'x30' with gutters and before that in 1994 Cajun installed an aluminum shingled roof on my home. I have been completely satisfied and have had no problems. Tony Fontenot of Cajun Home Improvements is professional, knowledgeable and a man of his word I recommend Cajun highly.
