They started coming in July of 2011 to fix a problem. I paid $120 for a tune up in October. They are very responsive. I will continue to use them in the future.

The technician was nice and polite but clearly did not do the job requested.  The previous homeowner was paying St. Pierre's to do the clean up and I still have yet received a invoice as proof of them coming out.  I'm stuck with a system from 2006 that is failing already.

I have a five contract with them to do maintenance twice a year. They are very reasonable. If a part brakes they replace it because of the contract. I find that the contract was extremely reasonably priced. I also did a 10year contract prior to that.
