"We pride ourselves on exceeding the expectations of our customers. It's really unfortunate that we were unable to find a way to satisfy Mr. [Member Name Removed]. The customer's home has Masonite siding which is a problematic particle board siding material. This siding isn't meant for hot humid climates because over time the panels will absorb moisture swell, rot, and crumble over time like cardboard does when it gets wet. The photo provided by Mr. [Member Name Removed] shows how the Masonite siding panels literally feel apart when the home was pressure washed. We replaced several hundred feet of the damaged siding with Hardie Plank cement fiber siding at our expense and actually painted the home twice after the customer complained that his panels weren't completely smooth. The real issue here is that the customer chose not to make the financial commitment to have all of the defective siding replaced before we were hired to paint it. We did everything within reason to make this customer happy, but unfortunately we were unable to do so."
