HCF Cleaning & Restoration

He just did an excellent job. The other rooms have new carpet in them. We were doing it more, or less as a test. To see if we could make it look good, to go with the other carpet. We were willing to take a flyer on it, and if it didn’t work, then we would go on, and carpet those two rooms. He did just a beautiful job.

Prior to calling HCF Restoration, I tried some home-based cleaning products to see if the carpet was able to be cleaned.  I did not see any difference in the five products I used on different areas of the carpet.  I called HCF as a last resort before replacing the carpet, and was amazed at their ability to make the carpet look Brand New.
I will happily call them again.

I called them to receive consultation. Harry arrived on schedule and offered competitive estimates on work to be performed. They arrived to perform the job on time and did an excellent job. Also, they did a great job cleaing the 3 area rugs and offered pick-up and delivery. I would not hesitate to use HCF again.

Harry promptly returned my initial phone call and set appointment on a Saturday morning within 2 weeks following. He called the day before to confirm and arrived promptly at appointed time. Carpet was stretched and cleaned and job was completed within 3 hours. (I had moved a lot of the smaller furniture out of the way so it made the job go quicker.) They did an excellent job for a great price -- carpet was left slightly damp to the touch. He estimated it would be okay to walk on within 4 hours after. Carpet was completely dry by next morning.

They were very personable and stayed in touch. They picked up and delivered and did a great job. He does all kinds of services like water damage repair, upholstery cleaning, grout, installations, and carpet/rug cleaning. The cost was extremely reasonable.
