Excellent ! Very professional and a great job. Left property ready to rent. He always provides an itemized and accurate description of what work was done, and always reasonable prices. I have depended on Steve Jones for many years and he has never disappointed and always ready to fit in an emergency situation to help. I have only had compliments from the tenants he has helped and from the neighbors. Will continue to depend on him.

Just as we have stated in our past reviews of Steve's work, you will not find a better company owned by a man who actually cares for his customers and their problems. He has been there for us now numerous times, and I am sure that in the future when these problems pop up, Steve will be there for us again. We just cannot thank him enough for the excellent work he does on a timely basis.

Mr. Jones is always very professional and dependable. As an "unscheduled" project, he was able to respond and fit into his schedule promptly. You can depend on him to assess the situation and advise what is needed both originally and throughout the project.  Work site always left clean throughout job.  No complaints !

Steve is caring and for any work you may have, please know that he can handle most anything.  
You cannot go wrong by hiring Steve - big job or small - for any type painting (in or out) - and most everything that you may need to have replaced or repaired or updated.  I hope you will read my other reviews that cover two other jobs Steve did for me.  And, I am sure he will be there for any future repair work.  We are very pleased with Steve's work.  This job was an emergency because I had to have the work done in two days.  There was not a problem. Steve fit me in and got the job done right on time. Don't panic when you have something requiring help.  Steve will take good care of you.  We appreciate him so much. Steve is one of the most professional contractors you can work with.
He gave me an original proposal for all work to be performed, and gave me a very competitive price. We had to make a few adjustments along the way to the proposal, and each change was documented, and signed off by both parties. He provided me copies of everything for my records as well.
Wasn't an easy job by any means, and I even complicated things a little more by changing the color in the middle of the job. But to Steve's credit, everything was done seamlessly, and in a timely manner.
Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Absolutely perfect provider of all services he does, which is just about everything.  I was so lucky to find him and I now regret that I did not have him after that horrible experience of Katrina.  Some of the things this provider did was actually correct some problems that two contractors had been very neglectful of and there were many.  Anyone who wants the very best quality of work done on their home should definitely call Rainbow.  You cannot possibly find a better provider than Steve. He is so accommodating to your time schedule.  He very professional and makes sure you know what service you are paying for and when it was done.  He checks everything to make sure all is done correctly, even though he himself does the work.
Again, you cannot lose by calling Rainbow.  His prices are very reasonable and not way out of line for what he does.  If you have work to be done, call Rainbow Painting and Remodeling.  .

Extremely pleased - all went very well.  Mr. Jones is very reliable and thorough.  I depend on his opinion & his advice along the way. Terrible job, complained the whole time he was working.

I could not be more pleased.  He worked in the time frame apartment was to be vacated.  Very dependable & someone you can trust to complete the job.   I have used his services for many years.  I will continue to use his services in the future.

All went great.  Mr. Jones has done work for me many times over the years & I have always been satisfied & comfortable the job will be completed to my satisfaction.

Steve Jones is a meticulous workman. Job finished on time and per estimate. He accommodated to contractor's delays to finish on time. At previous residence (7 unit townhouse condominium) Rainbow painted entire exterior on several occasions, and interiors of at least two units. He made numerous exterior repairs not included in contract for very reasonable prices. Total work over the years was probably in excess of $40,000.
