The girl who took my order over the phone was very helpful and helped me to pick a plan that best suited me. I signed up for internet service by satellite, and it turns out that I qualified for free installation which was great. The technician showed up at the scheduled installation time and he was very professional. He answered all of my questions and took time explaining every aspect of the job he was doing.
