Within one year (and within the warranty period) the springs in the sectional began detaching from the frame. Over the next several months, the issue recurred three times. The first two times, Northside 'repaired' the loose springs and returned our sectional to us. On the third occurrence, J.D. Dumas, owner of Northside said that he would work with Simmons to have the unit replaced. After waiting for 3 more months, Mr. Dumas called and said that he would offer us 1/2 of the purchase price before taxes in store credit to 'make things right'. My wife and I went to the store to meet with him. He was extremely rude and said he would do no more because the sectional was out of warranty. Upon our mentioning that the problem had begun when the sectional was under warranty he suggested that we seek legal counsel. We have never been so unethically treated by any business. Basically we were 'strung along' until we were well out of warranty and were then hung out to dry.
