They are very good and I use them all the time.  The manager is a good friend of my daughter; that's how I found them.  When I had a problem with the thermostat, they sent a new man and he didn't do a good job but they took care of it right away.  So far there are no problems; they clean up after themselves; good clean installation and no leakage.  Everything works when they leave.  I've been using their service for at least ten or fifteen years now.

Since an earlier service date (a year earlier) we had some rooms that would not cool down. Their supervisor came out and measured, and inspected, found that some duct work had not been properly closed up earlier,and that we were blowing cold air into attic. They fixed this, with about 80% satsifactory results. The rooms are cooler now, though not as cool as we would like. They have offered to return and look again. They stood by the earlier service and did the $300 duct work at no charge. I liked dealing with the supervisor; she was professional and intent on making us satisfied. The workers were polite and respectful, in spite of a very hot attic they had to deal with.
The only reason for an overall grade of B rather than A was due to the original poor workmanship that was done a year earlier than this more recent service date.
