They were prompt in coming over for the bid and measurements and got right back with me that day for the amount.  They were able to start within a couple of days.  They showed up on time to do the job, cleaned up behind themselves each day they were there, gave professional advice including stopping after a few tiles to show me the grout color after it dried.  Good thing, because the color I picked out, looked bad (too light and making tiles look washed out).  I got a different grout color and floor looks very good.  Its even, spaced correctly, and they took the time to let them sit overnight prior to putting the grout in which is the correct way to do it.  They cleaned the floors and backsplash (which looks awesome!), make sure the areas around outlets in the backsplash had enough clearance to install the covers with spacers since the tiles were thicker than the laminate previously there.  Everything outside was cleaned perfectly with no trash left.  Very clean cut professional workers and very obvious that they knew exactly what they were doing.  Very exact in their work.  Absolutely an awesome experience and I would very much recommend them to anyone for this type of work.  I understand they do different types of floors as well such as wood and laminate.
