They were punctual, polite and professional. My window was poorly installed by a previous contractor and it caused the job to be more difficult than usual. Paramount never lost their cool. They remained polite and worked through the problem.

Called another local company first. They wanted over $300 for 2 small pieces of patterned glass. Cabinet company wanted over $250. Paramount did same glass for $75 installed in door. Very pleased.

We were not in town at the time and needed a broken window glass replaced. These guys are awesome, I was not able to be there and they still were able to take care of the repair and did and excellent job. There price was reasonable and the work was done the same day. What more could you ask for?

Jonathan was great.  Came and measured; sent me options; gave him a call and he ordered the shower door; and within a week or two as promised.  Install was quick and it looks great!

He was very patient and allowed us to be sure about the items we were ordering, including things like design choices. He made more than one visit to show us samples and take measurements. The work was done very efficiently and we're more than pleased.

Jon came out the same day to fix a broken window pane. He was prompt and adhered to his scheduled time, giving a call to let me know when he was leaving River Ridge. He explained what he was going to do in detail, performed the work professionally, and kept a tidy work area. Would definitely use them again.

Wonderful experience!  Jonathan came to our house to conduct an estimate, and emailed it to me within a few minutes.  We then asked him to fix the mirror and door, and he picked up the door to do the work at his studio to minimize the mess around our house.  He delivered the fixed door (which looks great!) within the time frame he estimated, then reattached it to its hinges.  It's an old house, so he even spent extra time and attention ensuring the mechanisms worked and it wouldn't stick or cause future damage given the outdated hinges.  He is very professional and did wonderful work for us, we'd definitely use him again!

Jonathon always answered my calls.  He was very prompt and professional.   The quality of his work is very good.  I made some request that were outside of the manufacturer's recommendations and he explained to me the risk involved in my request.  We ultimately decided to follow the manufacturer's guidelines. Also, our house is old and there's probably not a right angle in the house.  He was very precise in his measurements and worked with our contractor to ensure the construction and glass work all went smoothly. 

I really appreciated the time he took to do thing properly, and his candor about safety issues.  

Paramount was very professional and did a great job on this project.  Their technicians are very polite and respectful.  They are very good about providing reminders and staying on top of scheduling and estimates for the job.  Reasonable price for the scope of work - I would definitely use them for another project in the future.

We used them a second time for general contracting, making repairs and painting. He was absolutely fantastic!
