They came to my home the next day, gave me the best estimate (of 3) to perform the work I needed. Alex and his crew were very professional and explained what they were doing and why, I look forward to hiring them again for additional needed work on my house.

Dave, Jesse, Alex, and their crew did an outstanding job on my home. This is the 2nd time they've done work on my home. Their bid was lower than 2 others I received. They showed up on time, cleaned up each day and were in constant communication throughout the entire process. Perfect professionals and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. I couldn't be happier with them and recommend them 100%.

Alex came by to look at the project of installing shelves. He provided me a quote and they used wood and not particle board. They did a great job, but there was a glitch with some nails and Alex had someone come out and fix it the very next day I contacted him. Great customer service.

I hired DD on 8/2015 for a bathroom renovation on my mother's home for $10,450. Upon completion, the bathroom cabinets were loose and missing nobs. The painter used only one coat of paint so this caused issues if you touched the any of the walls. On 10/2015, I hired DD for $32,925 to renovate the 2nd kitchen and bathroom. The guys busted into chimney bricks with a sludge hammer causing a hole so David recommended it would cosmetically look better to completely remove the chimney for $800. Upon completion, David said all of the sheetrock on the ceiling needed to replace for $2,550. When I asked David why this included in the original invoice he said this was overlooked. There were several issues with the quality of work along with integrity issues. The bathroom layout was not the same as the first which I asked to keep exactly the same. There was a different style window installed, base missing around the floors, exposed insulation coming through the corners, painter painted the top of the newly installed cabinets, missing handles on the cabinets again, loose ceramic tiles on the floors, the top was the toilet was cracked and leaking pipes underneath the kitchen sink. The bathroom and kitchen ceilings were sealed without adding the HVAC vents back. When asked David about the vents he said that we never had any so ended up emailing him pictures of the before photos showing we indeed had vents. Dave tried to get me to hire and pay an HVAC company to correct the issue in which they caused. When I refused David denied any wrongdoing but eventually agreed to fix it along with the other issues. After performing a secondary inspection I observed a continued decline in craftsmanship. One of the guys instead of replacing the entire floor base correctly he cut corners and cut two pieces then glue/paint them together which was unacceptable. I had a friend who is a realtor accompany me who realized that the ceramic tiles were installed going in the opposite direction of the wood underneath. When I questioned David about this he said the guys at the tile store told him this was the correct way to install the tiles. I had a few other flooring companies come out to verify and they said the exact same thing that the tiles were installed incorrectly. When I had appliances delivered by Home Depot, I asked David would he verify they were in working order and he ended up sending me an invoice for $600 which was absurd when Home Depot actually verified the functionality. On 3/2016, I signed a contract for the amount of $17,520 to renovate the rear exterior of the home. David informed me there were active terminates (pest control company confirmed there were not) and he needed to replace the bad wood for $2,900. David also pointed towards the end of the project that one of the back doors framing needed to be repaired for a cost of $3,782. When asked about the cost associated with the repair, David insisted that there was a lot of work involved and that his son was the

"Carl C lives in Florida and runs his own very precision high tech company. His mom lives at the house in New Orleans and the mom has been wonderful to work with through the entire home renovation project. When Carl stepped into the spot of project manager after phase 1on the job things began to get dicey. I sent plans and pricing to Carl on all the new work for him and his mom to look into before any projects began. I emailed him the plans and or pictures and pricing of all of the work before the work began. If something significant was overlooked it was because he wanted to do his own research on the HVAC work for example and it left me in limbo about what was going down on the HVAC as a whole. When we did a walk through and he noticed there were no vents in the bathroom and kitchen - I really didn't know what to say and said I didn't think they had any. But later realized by being out of sight and out of mind I forgot about the vents because I assumed the HVAC was getting done by someone else and I no longer had anything to do with it. After that disconnect on the HVAC apparently I was suspect for a plethora of or the opening up of the proverbial pandora's box of things to go wrong. Carl brought in oversized washer and dryer causing one problem after another with cabinets, trim, flooring and painting issues. I did what I could to make it work but it back fired when he didn't want the trim behind the fridge or the washer and dryer area to be spliced and I had to redo it all. I even had to run out there on several occasions to unlock the door to let several contractors in who do flooring, wall building and any other job related work on the house that he wanted a second opinion on when I found unforeseen problems with the home or when I found other previous work done incorrectly. All contingencies or new job related work change orders began to arise as the job continued. He received from Destiny Developers new invoices prior to any additional work that needed to be done outside of the original contract. I was not making up stories about live termites or anything else to create more work. These almost 200 year old shotgun houses can have all kinds of hidden issues. Not wanting to find any more issues - I would find something else to bring to his attention, but I always gave him time to look into other pricing for the work that needed to be done. Destiny lost several days waiting on him to make a decision, lost time driving over to the job and letting in the contractors that he wanted me to let in to get a second bid while he was out of town and his mom was at work. After all of this he still approved and paid our company to complete all of the projects that I invoiced him. I don't believe he would have continued on with Destiny throughout the rest of the contracts if we didn't meet or exceed his expectations. We did have some differences of opinions on issues of how things should be done, but in the end Destiny addressed those iss"

I hired Destiny Developers to do several projects at my home. Their work ethic is hard to come by. I was very pleased with their strives to please me as a consumer. They left nothing to guess. Any changes that were needed, they did consult with me for my approval BEFORE doing so. They were very professional and showed up every single time as they said they would. These guys will stop at nothing to make the customer happy. Trim work job: I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any of your trim work needs. I am very pleased with the trim work that Destiny Developers did. Painting: I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND them for your painting needs. I hired them to paint the interior walls and trim work in my home. Overall, I was not really pleased. I can still see a lot of the original surface through the paint. There are many areas that appear to only have one coat of paint. Some of my primed interior doors look grayish in spots; they defiantly did not get two coats of paint. I had a dark purple bathroom and I can still see white sheet rock peeking through some of the paint. The lines were way too sloppy for my liking. The caulking job on the nails was very poorly done as well. When you pay professional rates, you would like professional results. I must say though, they did come out to take care of a few issues I had noticed upon initial inspection. However, after I moved back in I noticed A LOT of sloppy work. I'm sure they would still have come out to take care of the other ones, but return visits were just so drawn out. I opted not to. Overall, I really liked this crew. I would certainly rehire them for any woodworking needs again.

David Lenau and his crew were fast, efficient, and did an excellent job putting up my fence. The price was lower than expected for this quality of work. The two gates were especially well done. I would hire David again and I highly recommend his services.
