Box 186 Winnsboro, La. 71295 June 29, 2010 Southern Creations 1013 Louisa St. Rayville, LA 71269 RE: Debit Card Fraud I checked my bank statement Sunday, June 21, 2010 only to find that your company had charged me twice for one order to Gertrude Deere on the same date with the same transaction number. I ordered Warm Thoughts. On Monday, June 21, 2010, I telephoned your business to report this and kindly asked that the second charge be reversed. I was told that the only one that could do that was not in on that date, but she would have it done on Tuesday, June 22, 2010. Believing your employee (HA! THAT WAS A JOKE) I had to leave for a trip and then last night my husband asked me to check my account again to see if the fraudulent charge had been refunded. IT DOES NOT TAKE THAT LONG TO PUT THROUGH A REVERSAL!!!!!! If I go to Monroe and get a refund, it is showing on my account before I can get back to Winnsboro. Last night, June 28, 2010, I was furious to find that you and your company had DONE NOTHING!!!! I telephoned your business this morning only to be given another EXCUSE and that I would have to WAIT. Then your employee rudely hung on me. I was told to WAIT, WAIT, WAIT!!!!!! You have my money and are using it. IT IS MY MONEY – NOT YOURS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! NOW!!!! So, I carried the EVIDENCE to my bank today and they are reversing your fraudulent charge. I understand that the arrangement that you delivered was of very poor quality which was quiet embarrassing to me and my husband. Needless, I will never order from you again.
