Marvin was very responsive with both me and my sister when I turned him over to her.
I chose Marvin after calling several companies to receive no call back. I did this for my sister. I am pretty far away, states away. I built a quick relationship with Marvin. He knew a couple of family members and when I asked what he needed for a deposit...don't worry about. You are good people. And yes, i paid the bill very promptly.
My sister was a nervous wreck when it all began and went shopping.
She called me so excited. "I can walk and jump in my house and no longer hear creaks"
She has since begun some needed remolding in the home. We were all surprised at the how little the dry wall cracked. It was discovered it is a very well built home. But before Marvin...you could put a marble in the kitchen and you better have run after it fast.
My decision to choose Marvin with no question was a previous review written by a real estate agent who gave an excellent review.
And sorry I'm not giving my sister's address. What I did was private between me my sister and Marvin.

Marvin Wingate was excellent to work with. He or his assistant always returned my calls promptly. He offered many ideas on how to improve the home I was leveling. He went above and beyond in the work performed and the final bill ended up less than his original quote due to the cost saving ideas he offered while completing the job. I have been in the real estate industry for over 30 years and the service that was provided by Marvin Wingate and his crew are some of the best I have had from the various contractors and sub-contractors I have worked with in the past. We called and they came the next day 8/15/12 and gave estimate. They arrived today 8/16/12 and preformed the work. I am satisfied with the work that was done. You get what you pay for. Job well done.
