Sewer Cleaning
When pressed for how the repairs would be done, he told me he could not repair but only replace or upgrade as he would lose his license if he altered the existing system in any way. Nothing on the Louisiana DEQ site agrees with this so fired him and brought in my local plumber to finish the job.
