General Remodeling
Contractor was amiable in the beginning, and managed to get me to do something I would never advise anyone else to do...pay him in advance. His story was that he needed money for payroll and materials. Once he was paid, he stopped work and left almost every job unfinished. He would not answer calls, unless I called from a number he didn't recognize. He admited he owed me the work and made several promises to come complete the job, but never showed up. He continues to advertise and work in this area, doing mostly fence and ornamental iron work.
