The were very courteous and punctual and even worked around my schedule.  Their work was extremely professional, and they more than resolved my plumbing issues.  There were a few unexpected item charges (hoses, valves, gaskets, etc.), but their professional work and courteous attitude left me to believe those items were necessary, and if I felt and expressed they were not, they would have negotiated those item charges.  I would use and recommend them in the future.

good, few hidden charges but that happens when you have to fix something, you do not know the whole story until it is dug into thats why it is called an estimate

Called them in to install a water line for my refrigerator, which was done to my satisfaction. Also found other potential problems
which needed attention, options were discussed and performed also to my satisfactions.

Showed up on time. The old tank had been leaking. He removed the old tank that had been in place for nearly 32 years. They replaced the tank and changed the piping to include a new shut off valve and flexible tubing from the valves to the new tank. The wiring from the new heater was modified to meet the changes in the electrical codes over the last 30 years.
