TOP NOTCH BUILDERS LLC

I'm actually using a company now that's called Top Notch Builders LLC. They're a Baton Rouge company. They're actually working for me today. They've been doing a job for me the the last three weeks. It's a thousand square feet of tile, it's that wood looking tile stuff. It's a porcelain tile, it looks like wood. They're tile work has been fantastic. They're probably the best tile people that I have used. The tile part of it is very very good. I would highly, highly recommend them for tile and I'm using 30 different people. For the tile they would be an A+, for the paint they would be a D, they're not very good painters but they're good at tile. The thing that stood out the most was the tile guys are really maticulous so they really don't take any shortcuts laying the tile, which is great. As far as the negative is they're about 15 days over schedule. They were suppose to be done in ten days and they're on day 25. So that parts a little frustrating. On price alone I would give them an A. The quality is hard because the paint and the tile are so much different. I mean the quality of the tile was great. The quality of the paint was not. I mean if I averaged them together, probably like a C or a B, a B- or a C+ somewhere in there. I'll probably give them a B. Responsiveness, the guy that own it was very responsive, he's very good, so I'd give them an A for that. I would use them for tile, not for paint.
