We had some pretty extensive remodeling done so our house was extremely dusty. They sent two ladies who arrived close to 8am. The rate was $60/hour. I expected one bedroom (the other was full of boxes), the living room, both bathrooms and the laundry room to be cleaned. After four hours and $240, the shower and laundry room were still not cleaned. We asked them to stop because I was not willing to pay $300. I called Shirley to tell her that I was disappointed with the service, but she was not willing to make it right. It is unfortunate because they did a nice job, but nobody should ever expect to pay $240 for approx. 800 sq. ft. I am still looking for a weekly service - if anyone has any suggestion.

They did an initial deep cleaning and I've scheduled them for a bi-monthly service. The did an excellent job! I hope I can afford to keep them. The best cleaning ever.

These ladies are top notch! Aside from being so pleasant and friendly, they are a wonderful cleaning team. I'm going to call them my cleaning angels because my house was in need of a major overhaul and they gave it to me. Very reasonably priced will use them again!

Mrs. Shirley and Cookie were wonderful! I have never had anyone clean my house with so much detail. I have used several cleaning services in the past and while the others were quick, their attention to detail was severly lacking. If you want someone who will clean your house and every nook and cranny, then this is the company that you will want to use. The cost was more that I anticipated but Mrs. Shirley was very clear what she charged per hour up front. I guess there is some truth to you get what you paid for. She was worth every penny. She does not cut corners. I will definitely use her in the future. You won't be disappointed.

The ladies commented on their arrival that it didn't look like that much work. They had two people come over for cleaning and only cleaned the downstairs. They were older ladies and did a good job. My only concern is that it took them 4 hours. I would use them in the future, but my preference would be someone who does work a little quicker and is not as costly.

They offer a Deep Cleaning as well as a General Cleaning of one or more areas of a house. We think that both services are important and recommend that potential clients discuss their particular needs with the ladies.

With a home wedding closely on the horizon, I needed my 2900 sq. ft. 1-1/2 story house deep cleaned, particularly baseboards, light fixtures, interior doors, and exterior of cabinetry downstairs, and said if they could not get to the upstairs 3 bedrooms and bath, I would be ok with that. My main concern were the high and low woodwork, cabinetry, interior doors, and light fixtures in the downstairs foyer with stair banister, den, breakfast area, kitchen, living room, dining room, half-bath powder room, master bath, and possibly master bedroom. They cleaned a few pieces of wooden furniture in the den very nicely although I now wish they would have skipped that in favor of more important areas. These are 2 very nice, trustworthy, hardworking ladies who do a very good job. I thought $30/hr. per person ($60/hr. total) to be a little on the high side, but wanted a thorough job in areas my wedding guests would readily see. I did not require bath or kitchen fixtures and appliances or floors to be cleaned. Based on Angie's list reviews, I agreed to the price. After a little over 9 hours, they could not finish but a few rooms (less than half), but they did a good job on the few rooms they did do. They offered to come back and finish the rest of the house, but I didn't think I could afford to pay any more. I suspect the job was more than they expected with routed baseboards, other millwork, many paneled cabinet and interior doors, 2 chandeliers, and a ceiling fan. I think they were disappointed that they could not finish, but I knew they did the best they could. I have since finished the job myself with less expensive help. I would hire them again, but only for smaller/less extensive areas.

Great experience when they cleaned my home.

The two ladies came early and stayed for 7 1/2 hours doing a general cleaning of the house. They were courteous, thorough, and did an excelleny job of cleaning my house.They book fast and several weeks in advance, so don't call them thinking you can schedule for the following week. However, they are worth the wait.

They performed a "deep clean" on a home we were moving into. They washed kitchen cabinets and appliances inside and out. They cleaned cabinets, ceiling fans, light fixture, windows, counters, doors, bathrooms - everything to bottom. Also mopped and vacuumed!

Ms. Joan called me back immediately and went out of her way to accommodate my schedule. They arrived promptly on time and got right to work. Two workers were here for 5 hours and did a deep, thorough job of cleaning my home. I am very impressed and will definitely use them again! I highly recommend them, especially if you like detailed cleaning. So many companies today do a superficial job of cleaning, only doing the bare minimum to give the appearance of "clean," but these ladies left my house in amazing shape! Planning on booking them on a regular basis!

These ladies aren't cheap, and aren't fast, but they do amazing work. They are very thorough. My kitchen and bathrooms sparkled! We'll use them again whenever we need someone to clean!
